Hike & Lunch with Llamas
Our Hike &Lunch with Llamas experience is a gentle, guided walk through our serene farm pastures, accompanied by our emotionally sensitive llamas. As you walk side by side, you're invited to slow your pace, tune into your senses, and find stillness in the present moment. With every step, these soulful animals support nervous system regulation, grounding, and calm.
After the walk, you’ll join our llamas and goats in their pasture for a mindful, outdoor culinary experience. Savor a delicious farm-to-table pizza, prepared with love and fresh local ingredients. We encourage mindful eating practices—eating slowly, engaging the senses, and being fully present.
To deepen the experience, — your group will receive a Wellness Reflection Package, a simple set of grounding, hands-on activities to explore together before leaving the farm. This may include:
· A group mindfulness or grounding practice
· A short reflection or journal prompt
· A sensory-based activity or nature-based game
· A gentle herbal or sensory offering to explore on-site

Goat Yoga
Experience the healing power of movement, mindfulness, and animal connection in our outdoor Goat Yoga session — where wellness, laughter, and joy come together.
Led by a registered psychotherapist, this trauma-informed practice combines gentle yoga, duo/partnered movement, and breathwork with the playful presence of goats. Come with a friend, partner, or parent and reconnect through shared laughter and the calming rhythm of nature.
Goat Yoga supports:
Stress and nervous system regulation
Mindfulness and emotional grounding
Playful connection and lightness
Safe, trauma-informed healing through movement
As the goat’s roam and interact freely, expect giggles, moments of stillness, and a deep sense of presence.
🕒 Duration: 60 minutes of Goat Yoga + 30 minutes of animal cuddle time

With fresh, seasonal ingredients, guests are guided to prepare their own pizza. Rolling dough, adding toppings, and choosing herbs become mindful, hands-on practices that engage the senses and support emotional regulation.🔥 Outdoor Oven Baking & Shared Meal

The farm can be muddy, and animal activity is part of the experience—poop happens! Embrace the rustic charm and come prepared for a genuine farm adventure.
What to Wear:
👢 Covered footwear, preferably rubber boots, are highly recommended.
👚 Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty—you’ll be having fun, and things can get a bit messy!
What to Bring:
🎒 A backpack with essential items like:
Sunscreen (protect yourself while enjoying the outdoors)
Bug spray (for those warm, sunny days)
Hat (for extra sun protection)
Sanitizer (to stay fresh after handling animals)
