  • My Approach

    My work integrates therapeutic and body-based approaches to intimacy, including:

    • Sex therapy-informed support

    • Somatic (body-based) awareness

    • Attachment and relational work

    • Nervous system regulation

    I also gently incorporate a grounded exploration of intimacy that includes the emotional, physical, and energetic aspects of connection.

    This can be understood as the art and science of how we experience closeness, desire, and relational energy — approached in a way that is respectful, slow, and attuned to you.
